Our Lady of the Oak

A Place of Light, Silence and Encounter.

In the heart of the hills of Bettola (PC), surrounded by nature and silence, lives a story of simple and profound faith: that of Our Lady of the Oak.
According to tradition, it was here that the
Virgin Mary appeared near a great oak tree, transforming an ordinary place into a sacred space, filled with peace and presence.

The Chapel of the Apparition, built to preserve this memory, is today a destination for pilgrims, walkers, and visitors full of devotion, in search of inner listening, beauty, and quiet. It is a place that does not ask for noise, but for attention. It does not promise spectacular miracles, but offers something more subtle and profound: the feeling of being welcomed.

As the Sempreunagioia project, we are working together with the parish priest, Father Angelo Sesenna, to permanently reopen the Sanctuary of the Apparition to pilgrims, recreating guided visits as they once were, while enriching them with moments of deep emotional involvement, capable of speaking also to the contemporary visitor.
A journey that unites memory and the present, tradition and a renewed sensitivity.

For this project, we will also make use of new technologies, employed with care and in full respect for the sacred nature of the place, offering our experience as professionals in the field of performing arts and media. The aim is to make the pilgrimage experience even more intense, participatory, and memorable, without ever betraying the deep soul of this blessed place.

Coming to Our Lady of the Oak means stopping, breathing, entrusting a thought, a gratitude, a hope.
Our wish is that every pilgrim may return home carrying not only a memory, but a
living emotion, a story heard, a moment of silence and light, just as it once happened beneath that oak tree.

🌿 We await you in Bettola, at the Chapel of the Apparition, to live an experience that speaks to the heart.
Because sometimes joy is born precisely there: in silence, in light, in encounter.
